The big 30: iGEN welcomes Enteractive to the fold
iGEN, the iGaming European Network, was established in 2018 as an industry trade association to bring together the leading iGaming companies based in Malta. Whilst Malta’s iGaming industry has enjoyed tremendous growth over the past years, there are common opportunities and challenges throughout the industry. IGEN brings a powerful and united voice to address these issues. This week iGEN welcomes its 30th member; Enteractive.
Enteractive is the industry leader in player reactivation, driving innovation through custom-made tech, powered by personal human interaction. As a partner to iGaming and sports book operators around the world, Enteractive increases retention and loyalty through engagement with players in one-to-one conversations.
Since the company was founded in 2008, Enteractive has seen exponential growth from long-term clients such as Betsson, Kindred, Hero Gaming, and many more. Since 2017, the company has expanded operations to serve the needs of operators around the world, from Europe to North America and from Asia to Latin America.
Mikael Hansson, CEO at Enteractive, said “I think it’s very important we support iGEN in its work to cater for the needs of the industry and make sure we work together for the sector’s future in Malta and Europe. We look forward to playing an active role in iGEN’s initiatives to present a unified approach to the European iGaming and sports betting sector. To have a voice in iGEN that speaks for us all can only strengthen the industry and serve to improve the operational and regulatory landscape in Europe.”
iGEN Chairman Enrico Bradamante comments: “Delighted to have Enteractive, the leader in player retention and reactivation, join iGEN. Enteractive have a very strong base and commitment to Malta and operate internationally. Since Enteractive provide yet another element of the iGaming ecosystem, them joining iGEN makes the discussion more complete and our representation of the iGaming sector even broader.
iGEN warmly welcomes Enteractive to its membership.”
